Forward Edge Marketing — Package Return

1. Prepare the package
Place the item securely in the original packaging, if available.

2. Check the return instructions
Review the return information provided by Forward Edge Marketing Team.

3. Attach the return label
Place the return shipping label securely on the outside of the package.

4. Take the package to the shipping location
Bring the package to the carrier/location specified in the return instructions.

5. Get a receipt
Ask for a receipt and keep the tracking number and provide the information to us.

6. Confirm the return
Keep the receipt until Forward Edge Marketing confirms that the package has been received.
